Parking at Monte Santiago (main)

This is the most convenient and recommended option for most visitors, especially if you’re looking for an easy, well-marked trail. There are three parking areas here that provide access to the Salto del Nervión, each designed for a different type of visit.
Parking Lot No. 1, located at the park entrance next to Highway A-2625, is the farthest from the waterfall. It’s a good option for those looking to go on long, comprehensive hikes in the area. It also has the largest capacity, including spaces for buses.
Parking Lot No. 2, known as the Cipreses parking lot, is located halfway between the two. It is smaller and tends to go unnoticed, so it can be a useful alternative if the main lots are full.
Parking Lot No. 3, also known as Fuente Santiago, is the closest to the Salto del Nervión and marks the end of the road accessible to passenger cars. It is the most convenient and recommended option for families or people who prefer short, easy walks.
Capacity and attendance
The parking lots at Monte Santiago aren’t particularly large (about 100 spaces), so they tend to fill up quickly on weekends, holidays, and days with good weather.
